CRF125F – a perfect step up or first step…

When kids are learning to ride, the right machine makes all the difference. Not only must it be the right size, it must be intuitive to operate and forgiving when skill does not yet match enthusiasm. Honda's smallest manual clutch model, the CRF125F, is a perfect step up from the auto-clutch CRF110F, but also an excellent choice for a slightly larger first timer. Small wheel sizes keep seat height low while the light, progressive clutch operated with a lever is designed specifically for smaller hands, helping young riders master clutch control in no time. Parents will find lots to like about the low maintenance CRF125F too; not only is it economical to operate but Honda's renowned durability means excellent retained value when it's time to trade up to a larger model.

Everything In Life Should Be This Much Fun

Few things in life are as much pure fun as a dirtbike, as long as it's the right-sized dirtbike. That's why Honda builds so many different-sized models. And one of our best is the CRF125F. The next size up from our CRF110F, it's the perfect choice for both young riders and smaller adults. Loaded with features designed to make trail riding a relaxing, no-hassle experience, it's also pure Honda when it comes to reliability and durability.

That means you get to concentrate on having a good time rather than trailside repairs or a bike that was designed by cutting corners. And when it comes to looks, the CRF125F takes its styling cues right from our full-on motocross bikes like our CRF450R and CRF250R. An electric starter makes it easy to get underway, while a four-speed transmission gives you all the control of a full-sized bike. Looking for something just a little bigger? There's even a big-wheel version for taller riders.

Be A Responsible Rider: Parents need to consider their youngster's age, size, ability and maturity before allowing them to ride. See owner's manual for additional safety and supervisory information. Designed exclusively for off-road operator-only use. Always wear a helmet, eye protection and protective clothing whenever you ride. Never ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Always obtain written permission before riding on private land. Whenever you ride off-road, follow the "Tread Lightly" guidelines, and always keep on established trails in approved riding areas. Use common sense, keep your riding area clean and respect the rights of others when you ride. Operating your motorcycle with a modified engine, emission control system, or noise control system may be
